This is one the best locations I have been too! The food is always good. BUT the service!! Is phenomenal. As a local to the area this is one place I can always count on good customer service, and a correct order. We don’t come here all that much, but every time we do, they are fast the food is warm. We have always gone through the drive-through. They are very clear at the speaker. They are very quick to approach you at the window, and very kind. Highly recommend this Payson location.

The KFC app is terrible! It gave an incorrect time for pickup to the restaurant. That was after many attempts to try to place an online order. The staff at the restaurant, however, was fantastic! They quickly fried more chicken and filled my order despite the online errors. Great people! Go see them! I highly recommend!

Pretty good experience every time I eat here. Drive thru staff are always friendly and a listen to what I ask for. It's KFC, so it is expensive, but the chicken sandwich is really good. Large enough that I feel the value is there enough I have no complaints. ( I don't order meal buckets unless I have a coupon. It's just too expensive to feed my whole family.)

I’m so tired of Covid but thanks for being safe and careful. We didn’t realize that the dine in wasn’t open until we went inside and they are only open for pick up except at the drive through. The manager stepped up and accommodated us although we would have gone to the drive through. Great service and thanks for helping.

We have been to the KFC in Spanish Fork and this location has been so much better. We stopped in for dinner and tried the 7pc meal and some $5 fill ups (mac and cheese & 1 pc chicken breast meal). Service was fast and friendly. I ordered and as I was filling drinks, they had my order ready to go. I was not a huge fan of the mac & cheese, but my kids loved it and raved about it. The chicken was yummy, seasoned, and crispy. We enjoyed the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The kids were happy about the fountain root beer. My only suggestion is that while I appreciate super fast service, accuracy is key. We drove all of the way home (15 min drive) and realized a few things from our order was missing. We ended up driving back because the biscuits are my kids' favorite. They were apologetic and got them for us quickly. It would also be helpful if they asked if you want to-go utensils and napkins when you order take out. We will defintely try this location again.
