My recommendation: go anywhere else or go hungry. My recommendation to Wendy's: if you can't do it then don't do it. This location opened up for breakfast a few months ago. I was so disappointed in the "breakfast burrito". It was a cold flour tortilla folded over cold eggs, a sprinkle of sausage, and some cheese. Literally my dog wouldn't even eat it after I took a bite. I got the breakfast baconator meal. I assumed it would be fresh since it took ten minutes after I paid. It clearly had been made much earlier in the morning. The piece of sausage was tasty and sizeable. The saving grace of their breakfast was the potato wedges. They were actually alright. I may have even enjoyed them if they weren't cold. I don't expect perfection out of fast food, but Wendy's missed every mark. I find it ironic that their bag states "America's favorite breakfast they just don't know it yet". If Wendy's sends this out for a $9 fast food breakfast, I'd rather just go hungry.

The staff was arguing, the manager was telling nearly every customer that came in how they fired someone for stealing. I had to wait over five minutes for them to take my order when I was standing in front of the cashier, my frosty melted because he gave it to me right away but my food took 20 minutes for a burger and fries as they preferred to argue with each other rather than work.

I have never had a bad visit here. They are helpful and earnest. I believe they bust their butts, and with Covid, I sense they are understaffed, but Do Not Complain or make excuses, it seems they fight through ,and deliver a good product. I understand when a customer is disappointed, but we all must remember, these employees are working, best they can to serve you, making the best of it,for minimum wage. Be nice, understanding, appreciative, give them encouragement, thanks, ... and if it's not great, it's one meal, how many will you eat. It's not the end of the world, but your kindness to them, I'm sure will pick up their spirits, and encourage them to do even better, wouldn't it you? whatever it is you do. We are all imperfect, but yet Americans, this Wendy's , it's employees, will do you right...

Ordered $45 worth of food, it was cold and had 2 items that weren't even placed in the bag after we specifically asked if they were in there. If your going to charge that much for food make sure it's atleast warm and the fries seem like they haven't been sitting for the entire day.

Been to this location multiple times, go during breakfast great experience, go at night and everything is terrible from customer service to the food. After 5 pm expect to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru only to have you order screwed up and have to staff to be rude. Given the wrong drink. Staff member goes well I don't know what you ordered, what do you want me to do about it.... Ordered a baconater. One time I go bacon burnt to a crisp like black inedible burned and two half pieces at that. The last time I went, didn't even bother. No bacon to be found on a baconator........ not to mention everything is barely warm and fries are soggy and drink was flat. Which if they were slammed you'd think the food would be semi hot, but nope. Food and customer service sucks. Only reason you get the 2nd start is because your morning crew are better and provide a better experience.

The manager Karen needs to go back to training so she can manage her potty mouth drive through worker. Also when a customer custom orders a sandwich don’t take food back through the window, especially with the spread of Covid. Also teach this worker how to properly wear his mandatory mask.

I overheard the manager giving a inspirational speech to his team. The drive-thru line was long. And the grill went out. The speech he gave his team to keep up there spirits was amazing. He has great leadership.

Never again ordered a big bacon classic and 2 bacon bourbon got home to find 3 big classics and cold fries the drinks were correct so I don't think it could be said they gave us the wrong order. I'll stick with Burger King they are cheaper and they know what the word big means.
