Subway

I really like Subway!!! But the one in Pasadena I didn't. It wasn't busy and 2 employees rushed me to order. It was 5pm and no business they cared more to clean and refill chips and sodas rather than take care of clients. And I did tell them don't rushed me. This happened on Colorado. Not coming back!!!

The staff was rude. I've had an issue with the order today - I already paid for the online order but somehow the order didn't get through the system - so I talked to the manager about this. I wasn't angry at all, and was somewhat satisfied by how the manager handled the situation. BUT THEN this staff got really mad and started yelling at me just because I talked to her manager lol. She was just relaying what her manager told her, so I just wanted to clear things up by talking to the manager directly! Still don't understand why she was so angry just because of that. I've been going to this place quite often and liked the food, but now I need to think again if I want to.

Fast, friendly service. The person who rang me up was unsure how to redeem my electronic coupon, but she asked her manager and was promptly shown what to do and it didn't hold anything up. This is exactly what should happen when a cashier at a restaurant or really anywhere encounters a coupon that they're unsure about.

I have visited this subway for a couple of years and it has always been a very nice place to eat until today. This used to be my regular go-to Subway but I will never eat there again after today. All of their employees have always been top-notch but today my sandwich was made by a new male employee that was extremely rude and, much more importantly, he refused to change his plastic gloves before making my sandwich and I got food poisoning! About 2 hours after eating this flung-together pile of bacteria, I had a major case of diarrhea. When he was making my sandwich I didn't realize that he hadn't changed gloves and I didn't say anything because I don't like to waste food....how's that for Karma. I called the store to complain and the store manager said she would talk to the employee....thanks a lot. How about giving him a dose of my bacteria that he can eat and we can call it even? Eat at this Subway location at your own risk, you've been warned.

Sad to say but I ordered online fr the BOGO footling offer, I was standing there too, when I said can u toast my sandwich the girl said “you didn’t mention it online so it will be extra charge for toasting” so didn’t toast mine.. I didn’t see an option online but may be I didn’t write it in comments but still can’t you do just toasting? Does that cost separate? I have not seen it in my past years getting sandwiches here before!! First time in my life I’m sad with subway is today!
