Ingredients fresh and delicious as expected, plenty of parking in plaza, no fountain drinks because of Covid, difficult to communicate order with staff through barrier of tables and plastic, staff member not particularly pleasant and turned back while I was attempting to order.

Incredibly rude customer service, specifically from the male Latino manager who refused to give his name, stay away at all costs

Rude employees. I asked to pay for an "upgraded" soda (to the next biggest size) and was told by an employee named Olga, "No, it's too much trouble to ring up .25 cents." When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they didn't have one. Horrible, horrible customer service. There's another Subway down the street -- do yourself a favor and go to that one.

I wish I could give this place zero stars the lady that made my sandwich today was very, rude and racist. I dont know why some Latin people have something against black people? It's very disappointing and disheartening when people of color act out. She purposely made my sandwich with avocados and I am allergic to them. Also she came out after maybe 15min my son and I were eating there to address the fact that we picked up the wrong size cup. I asked her how would he know? She is the cashier/clerk at the establishment and she should have advised us that the cup he picked up was wrong. I will never go back to this subway again. 😡😡😭😭😭😭
