Baja Fresh

I have found MY restaurant in Baja Fresh. The food is so clean and fresh that you can taste the freshness. It’s almost like good home cooked food. The fact that there is no Lard, no monosodium glutamate nor microwave food makes it real food good for the body, good for the mind, and good for the spirit. Sandra is an employees in the Pasadena store. Her customer service is par excellent Every time I’ve come she’s been nice and courteous and it’s been a pleasure to be in her presence. When this company comes on the stock market I will buy the first stock in its offering. It’s that good.

Ordered the Baja burrito with steak that comes with pico de gallo and guacamole... Great flavor combination! And it comes a small side of chips. The salsa bar isn't open yet but you can request them at the counter when you pick up your order. You can call ahead and come in to pick up your order or order in person. Friendly staff, quick service and good food!

My steak tostada salad looked like a work of art. A bit more meat would have earned this review 5 stars. The steak that was there was nicely marinated. They clearly know what they are doing here, they just need to be more generous with the meat. I would have been willing to pay $2 or $3 more to get double meat. Service was excellent. I will be back. At least the guacamole on my salad was free, unlike Chipotle that charges extra for guacamole.

Came last Thursday, had a chicken burrito it was great, nice and beefy like when they first opened. Because of it we went to get the same tonight and what a disappointment. The burrito was half the size. This is why I stopped coming here. So I realized that Thursday was fluke. The taste and quality great but the quantity not so much

My husband and I went to Baja fresh located on 3615 Rosemead Blvd. Pasadena California on 2/5/2020 around 3:00 pm and ordered our dinner and sat down to wait for it. Unfortunately witnessed that the same lady cashier started to sweep the floor and once she was done with it our food was ready. She removed a big piece of bubble gum from her mouth touching her lip and tongue to throw it away and to my surprise she didn't wash her hands at all and instead she reached to grab our food and brought it to us. It really grossed us out and when I expressed my concern she started screaming and said: you are not my mom and don't tell me what to do. I was so upset and complained to the manager. Please avoid going to this location of Baja Fresh since customers are not treated with respect and good hygiene.
