Chuy's

Hey everyone, you have to check this restaurant out! I loved it. I went there tonight with a group of friends and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food as well. The staff was attentive and we were greeted at the door as we were walking in by a young lady who was smiling, helpful and kind. We were seated quickly. Overall, we spent a little over $100.00 dollars and it was worth every dime. The food was served quickly. It was fresh and hot. I loved the ranched dip for the chips which had a spice kick to it. I loved it so much I bought a container to take home. It’s great. We ordered 2 orders of the nachos with chicken, steak burrito, kids meal cheeseburger, sodas, water and of course the Grand Ma’s Rockin Ritas. The Rita is a must try for anyone looking to enjoy a great refreshing alcoholic drink. The taste is amazing. It’s a must try! Definitely ask for Brent. He is a great manager and will definitely come out to your table for conversation and to make sure everything is going well and you are enjoying your food. He also does not mind hard work either. It was great to see a manager go above and beyond, even helping his staff serve tables. We had great conversation with him and even learned some of the history behind Chuy’s Restaurants. Thank you to Brent and your staff for showing our party an amazing time. We enjoyed everything about it and look forward to our next visit at your restaurant.

First-time customer and loved the food. Best Mexican food . The service wasn't good. Our waitress had a party 20 minutes after we arrived and she forgot about my family. She never came by for refills or to see if we needed something. I had placed a to go order to be made before we finished. I had to flag her down and ask about my to go order. I had to ask a different server for to go box's. It seemed that our waitress was the only one attending the large party and forgot us. I did call and spoke to the manager because when we got home, we were missing a large queso. He told me someone would contact me and make it right, but they didn't .

I tried chuys once a while back and did not take a liking to it. They have obviously turned themselves around since! The food is amazing whilst at a fair price, and the service is matched as such. Our server, Katelyn, took great care of us for our first time returning. She was one of the reasons we returned for a second time!

We sat at the bar and had drinks and chips. The chips and dips are great. The drinks were good but the margaritas were different than anywhere else. We ordered the Steak burrito and substituted the green hatch chile sauce for the creamy jalapeno dip that comes with the chips. The rice and beans were very good also. We enjoyed it and will return, but I think I'll have something other than the margaritas.

Greeting at entrance was on point! I appreciated my experience at this Chuy’s however, my server Ariana can use a little coaching. I never saw a smile on her face and I think having a little more enthusiasm when dealing with the public is beneficial. It helps the business but it can also elevate the tip percentage for the server. She’s a sweetheart so I tried to get her to smile but she just wouldn’t Lol. Maybe next time.

Tried Chuy’s for the first time and it was a great lunch! They can give free chips with salsa and their unique ranch sauce which was interesting and pretty good. We ordered the “Chuychanga” with Boom-Boom sauce and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend Chuy’s for anyone looking for flavorful Tex-Mex.
