Honestly I love coming here it’s one of the biggest shopping centres in the in Australia Do you have anything from Jewellers high-end brands The cater for everybody The parking is really big they have valet service if you’re not bothered going to get your car The cinema is a very big I highly recommend coming to this place if you’re in the area

Exit the Train Station that leads into the Food Court on L1 lower ground. Toilets next to McDonald’s. Escalators & Lifts take you up to the many Brand name shops. Myer, David Jones, Kmart big stores. Drink, Claw machines on ground floor. Nice big lounge chairs. Touch screen directories on most floors.

Love this mall! A massive range of shops to choose from, especially on fashion and lifestyle. They're my go-to for some of my fashion and fine jewellery needs and wants. You'll definitely find something you never knew you wanted or needed 🙂 Members also get free one hour parking via the Westfield app.

Parramatta Westfields is pretty good. They offer a mobility scooter and information desk with information machines around the mall. Good shops, food shops and connected to the train station and good access to buses and supermarkets throughout. The parking is pretty good but can be busy. School days and hours best time to go. Since restrictions are slowing down for covid, it's great seeing people out and about 😀

This is an old and well worn Westfield shopping centre. The deserted parking station, closed shops and sparse customers during lockdown was foreboding - offset only by the cheerful check out staff coping with difficult times. Post covid things have changed. This shopping centre is busy, occasional queueing to find parking. The new food court on level 8 and a few other floors are terrific. The problem is that the CBD at Parramatta is becoming sophisticated and Westfield will need to step within this decade

I only gave 4 stars because it is so big and it's easy for someone who isn't a regular or just visiting the area to get lost. I believe the escalators and lifts aren't consistent in terms of their placement from level to level. However I do understand that these are structural things that cannot be changed. I think only signs and more touch screens might help.
