Panera Bread

Third time I've come here and third time the drive thru has been closed. It's 1:45pm. It's not busy at all. You have to literally call before you come every single time. I have a baby with me which is why I always rely on the drive thru. Lately it's been a huge waste of time. Stop using staffing issues to turn customers away. I'm tired of that. Definitely make sure to check your bag before you leave too. I'm always missing something. Once I drove all the way back after I got home already, and all they offered me was a free cookie. Gee, thanks. How big of you.

My chicken looked a pink, I know it comes precooked and they just reheat it but the chicken from the place could be heated wrong. They didn’t even look at the chicken just told me they reheat it and it couldn’t be pink. I wouldn’t be as disappointed but they didn’t even look at the chicken to me it’s clearly has pink throughout it.I wished they took it seriously.

I love this panara! Always has great quality food and it’s handles with care. (No sloppy packaging) My issue would definitely be with the workers though. They lack attention to detail. Forgetting drinks, not putting something in the order, or listening to directions. Other thank that, it’s really great.

What a terrible experience. My french onion soup had no croutons or cheese with it. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and of course when I got home, the sandwich was not in my order. I immediately called the store and requested a refund. I was told the only way they could do a refund is if I go there in person. We are not going anywhere in person due to the pandemic. I will never go back to any Panera bread. I am going to call my bank and see if something can be done about this.

My daughter works here and she gets a 10% discount. Not much but it's something. But, you can't use the discount except for orders under $15! How ridiculous, what's the point? The food is expensive, any kind of discount would be helpful. It just makes me not want to place a big order or even go there to begin with!
