The hot chocolate machine has been out for over a month, I literally called before I drove here to see if the machine was working and he said yes. I come in and like always it’s not! It’s nothing but water! And when I told him about it he’s rude to top it off! Some skinny Mexican guy

The staff at this Location is very professional friendly and courteous, always available for assistance when called upon. I enjoy shopping at this 7-11.

I walked in and asked for 5 pizzas late at night on 01-20-18(3am-ish). My answer from the clerk who was only able to utter a bunt dead-sounding two word response of "No pizza". I've never had an issue getting pizza or any hot food for that matter until this man started here. I have checked with corporate and they say all products should be available 24-7. If it's after 11 and you want food you should hit up jacks of McD's

If I could put zero starts I would. I don't ever rate or comment on anything, but this place had nothing ready. Slurpee machine was not properly working, I waited almost 10 mins for cheese, that I didn't even get because I couldn't wait any loner and left. they still charged me extra for the cheese I didn't even get. The 2 young men there didn't even look like they knew what they were doing. I was like where is the manager at. really bad service.

Was almost over charged on items that were at a sale price. Had to ask if the price showing on the register was correct with the price labeled. Shouldn't have to bargain with customer service.
