Hiccups

This was my very first visit. It has a really comfortable atmosphere, kind of rugged or naturalistic and very minimalist. I ordered two items to share with a friend. The first was one of their appetizers, the sriracha fries. The second a Horchata Mocha blended drink in a mason jar. I can not give it a 5 ☆ rating because I was disappointed by their drinks. The mason jar is the main thing I was excited about. Every now and then a restaurant has custom souvenir cups made for a limited time, like the shaker from Chili's. This was a mason jar with a sticker on it. I can literally do better at home. It's a $3 extra charge. I am not certain the whipped cream was real cream. Lastly, the drink itself was literally like a drink I could go get at a donut shop. Although tasty, a powder based drink is not $8.45 material. I am hoping to have some teas my next trip and have a better experience. Also in case anyone was wondering, the sriracha fries were good. I have a high tolerance for spice, so I am not sure how helpful it is to say it wasn't spicy. There is a fair amount of a sweet teriyaki/barbecue sauce that smothers them. Not a lot of sriracha. The veggies really should have been smaller to me. But hey, saves them time probably.

0 stars!!! RAW MEAT!!! RAW MEAT!! Yesterday I placed my order online for pick up. I ordered two filet mignon pho and the meat was still raw! I also ordered one pad Thai noodles and specifically said no crushed peanuts due to my sons allergies and they added crushed peanuts. Smh!! I paid 60 dollars for a meal we did not eat! Very disappointed.

First time ordering from here and off to a bad start. I ordered online and it seemed like they waived one of our drinks for being first time customers, cool. I get to the restaurant and as I wait for my food and drinks I saw a drink that cought my attention so I bought it. As they were giving me my order they said they had to charge me for that drink I thought was waived. I asked if I can just swap the drink I had just bought for the original waived drink instead and they said no because it was already made. I was like really!! Okay fine I paid for it as I try not to get mad. As I leave I looked at the drinks and one of the drinks was wrong , I was already on the road so I just said w.e. now the big one is that one of my plates was ordered peanut free because my friend is allergic, guess what the plate was smothered in peanuts. Called to get a refund on that dish and they wanted me to go back, waist gas , and give them the dish back just to get a refund. Not a nice experience and will never buy here again nor will I recommend it.

I came here for the first time today and I was quite happy until the end. Before leaving I decided to order a Mason jar almond milk to go. I asked for easy ice and when my order was ready I was given a large cup & when the girl realized that she messed up the order instead of fixing correctly, all she did was put it in a Mason jar & added a lot of ice to fill it up & that really disappointed me because I paid for a Mason jar & not a large.
