The staff/workers are the best In the area an they make you want to spend your money there. Very clean establishment all staff members wear their gloves all the time. I also want to state that there Is no vibe or feeling In the air like you're not welcomed plus the meal that we order we order It all the time It's fresh taste great an I've been losing weight 8lb down, so thanks "Taco Bell" I'll always eat there me an my family. Hospitality top of the line. Keep up the great work.

They're making an effort to cater to vegetarians, at least, with the new Veggie-only menu display. I'm not completely at ease dining from an establishment with animal parts & pieces floating around in its kitchen, but being realistic, I doubt there's any other place (among fast-food chains) where a vegan can get a hot and filling "meal" for less than $4. Hopefully they'll "get with the program" and respect the fact that MOST of their customers cannot properly eat (digest and eliminate) dairy products and so begin to use plant-based cheese, milk, sour cream, and other items. I hope!

I want to begin with the customer service, it's horrible, disappointing and unacceptable, your cashiers needs training on friendliness and on your register, this guy was unapologetic, and rude, rushing me to my next item (decision) no smile no manners. Food was good except for the chalupa stk i have to return after i specifically ask for to make fresh, kitchen staff look friendly food have good appearance and tasty. Restaurant needs attention on cleanliness VERY IMPORTANT, helps avoids foodborne illness. Manager , supervisor please take note of this location.

I always get the chalupa, its pretty good. They have the chalopa craving box with a soda for $5.99. They also have a $1 menu. Desserts and special drinks. They have drinks that you can also refill as long as you are inside the place. I recommend getting DIABLO sauce, because the other ones taste like ketchup lol (jk) They always have specials!

Dissappointed once again. I used to be a big fan but recently, no matter which location I go to, the food is Gross and my order is wrong. I ordered a beef tacos with ez lettuce and the whole damn thing was lettuce as usual. I ordered a beef burrito with rice,beans, and cheese. No meat no cheese. I tried to give it another shot after not going there for a while and once again I was dissappointed. Never going back to any Taco Bell store in any city.

My niece wanted to go here, my 2 sisters also joined us. I had the nachos and I didn't expect them look different, but I did expect them to taste better. By better I don't mean healthy either, just to be clear. Something was not as I remember them tasting in the past. Something was old, maybe the oil or beans The taste was off and not as good as I recall My family had theirs with no complaints, I mean its fast food not a gourmet restaurant. I have one closer to home and I rarely go there but their food does taste better. The Lakewood blvd location maybe need a visit from the franchise people to figure out what's wrong.
