Koffi Central

I was not in the shop long to give as detailed of a review. I got there an hour before closing, and fyi they have two entrances, in the front and along the side of the building. There were at least a dozen people spread about both sides of the shop, but it felt calm, and there wasn't a line to order. The barista was friendly, and my order was straightforward. If you've never had a coffee from here, their cold brew is foolproof. It has chocolatey notes that go down smoothly and with little acidity. I got it with hazelnut and added cream. As I think about it, the cold brew is the only thing I recall ordering when I do get the opportunity to pop into any of their 4 to 5 locations. Previously, it may have been a regular iced coffee with my preferred flavoring. The one located near the PS strip can be overwhelming crowd wise, and parking is also a pain to find (perhaps during the summer this isn't an issue). I enjoy and find this location and the one in Cat City, the most approachable locations, because they aren't as impacted by our tourism. They sell their own coffee beans whole if you'd like to take home a bag, and I saw a variety of snacks in their cooler, varying from yogurt parfaits to sandwiches. I'd definitely recommend Koffi over any of those well-known franchises. It's a shame their isn't a location in Indio, so I could go daily.

I actually haven't tried the coffee here, but I'm an LTL driver and I had a pallet of stuff for them. Pallet was broken, over 1800lbs, and it was around 117⁰ out. A gentleman from Koffi helped me bring in the pallet and the barristas refilled my water cantine with ice and water. I'm super grateful to you guys. I'll stop by for a coffee when it's not so hot

This coffee shop is the business! They always have a line but the speedy, seasoned baristas work efficiently to keep the line moving. The menu is a caffeine lovers delight-- simple and no nonsense. Two drip coffee options (bold and mild) and the MILD is literally perfect. It's a Central American blend that hits all the right notes; bright, energetic, and very piping hot. Make sure to grab a bag to go if you're from out of town! They will offer to grind the beans for you. Cold Brew is also perfect and gave me glorious heart palpitations before our morning hike. They offer lemonades, some grab and go food options, and fresh pastries, which include assorted scones and muffins (gluten free options available), cinnamon rolls, cookies, etc. Check out this professional coffee shop it you are in the area!
