Jersey Mike's Subs

Delivery driver review: I've picked up here about 5 times I think. About 3 times it was good - order either ready when I arrived or within a few minutes. They put orders out on a shelf and allow you to take them on your own and typically check with you when walk up to look for an order. All that's great. However 2 times, I closing the last time I waited a good 20 minutes for a small order (with the order being place by customer 10 minutes earlier). While I waited I watched several customers come in behind me, place orders and leave with them before mine was completed. Restaurants sometimes feel as though the customers that happen to be in the store are somehow better or more important than the delivery customers and their drivers. Apparently this place thinks so. Proceed with caution.

Delicious food. Their Philly cheesesteaks are awesome. Staff are coping with so much - like a well-oiled machine. Excellent management because the employees look like they know exactly what to do - even in such a tight space. There’s great outdoor seating too. It’s a busy place so might be an idea to order ahead. Long line but the staff don’t waste any time moving it along & it’s worth the wait.

Don't order DELIVERY! I ordered dinner they sent us one sandwhich that was a girls with the same name and said since I ordered from an ap I was going to have to go through them even though it was their mistake and sorry if I don't get it back even though it was their mistake. We were ordering once a week getting cheese steaks and italians but so not worth it after this experience. And it's Sunday nothing is open. Christine D. we have your order here sorry we're just throwing it away and you most likely won't get reimbursed either unfortunately.

Excellent Quality for a chain deli - seems a bit overpriced - but always delicious- i got the club mikes way - and on a separate visit got the chicken Philly- good portion - tho if i wanted any leftovers i would need to spend toooo much for the giant sub option. Chips and Drinks also overpriced - still 5 stars for taste and satisfaction- but buy your chips and drinks at the Win Dixie 😄- then splurge for a giant sub i guess. I will reluctantly return lol.

Went there today for my lunch break and there was a person in front of me who ordered the same thing as I did and when it came down to the person in front of me putting whatever he wanted on his sub they put the same thing on my sub without asking me so I took the sub anyways and had to eat a sub that I didn't ask for the ingredients on

Their turkey, provolone and bacon subs are the best.. I know in Florida everyone say pub sub's (Publix) are the best and growing up here I always thought so too.. but since I had Jersey Mike's a couple yrs back they without a doubt have won my heart and whenever I buy subs I always choose them hand's down.. they are the Chikfila of sub shops ..no doubt! don't know why it tagged Smyrna as the location it was Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens location.
