Love the food specials and especially love the soups they have! We are crazy for the potato soup when they have it!! It’s SOOOOO GOOD!
Had some tonight along with their chicken florentine. (Which was a special for the day) It was excellent! We did not dine in, we tend to just pick up but if you ever want some good food try it!

A unique old place....a throw back for sure and probably more appealing to an older crowd (us). Lots of interesting history, worth a trip for some comfort food. Want to try their prime rib next time.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. The atmosphere gave a old diner feel, and I loved the look of the place, 5 stars overall!

It was our first time here. We brought all 4 of our small children and will definitely return. We loved the waitress. The owner came out and was very kind to us and our children. The atmosphere is great and there is so much history here. I hope this place is around for another 150 years. We cannot wait to come here and dine outdoors.

For being around for 75 years this place is still pretty good. Had Thanksgiving dinner there last night and was impressed with the flavor and the taste of the food. The heat level could have been a little warmer. I've heard their Sunday brunch is pretty damn Delicious so I'll have to check it out. Kristina in reservations was great and was able to accommodate more people on the day before the holiday.

A historical landmark in Painesville Ohio, a must if you visit Painesville. it has a very rich history of political rallies and dinners held here. It is well known for its prime rib of beef.
