Wendy's

During Pandemic sat in vehicle and did online ordering w the Wendy app for a family of 4..it did not accept my debit card...so ran thru the drive through and spent around 30 minutes before getting to window. Then spent an additional 10 more minutes waiting on the food. NOT VERY PLEASED..WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT WENDY'S!!!

Food not great. Apparently we got the dregs of the potato bag because our fries were all 1inch long and way overcooked. Same with our nuggets. Dark brown and hard. My husband said the men's urinal was broken and the men's toilet wouldn't flush... Nice. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper and had been mopped with a very greasy mop. I slid across the floor. Trash was stuffed full. Management isn't checking anything.

They were very slow and very rude. They forgot the burger that was in our order. I work in fast food and I understand that it does happen sometimes, but they acted like they didn’t care and that we were not important. I think the management needs to work on their employees attitudes. And they wore air pods while working which is rude and unprofessional.

Not really someone who writes reviews but I couldnt help but say something. This southside Paducah wendys is probably the worst "fast" food restaurant in town. The past 5 or 6 times ive been there, it has taken at least 20 minutes with one visit being 45 mins. None of my orders are right when i get them and the people there have less personality than a zombie. Tonight i drove through and after it took 20 minutes, they give me a sandwich with just chicken and buns when i only requested no tomatoes. $12 is a lot for a sandwich with nothing on it especially after the same thing happening the last 6 times. Please find people that can pass a drug test so I can enjoy some decent fast food when im in a hurry.
