Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is the outlier. It is better than average. The staff is attentive to the customer's needs. Also, they efficiently serve customers to avoid long lines. Finally, the restaurant employees gave me the impression that they enjoy their job. The toilets are operational. The parking spaces are plenty. And YES, they are hiring. Satisfied!

Great fast food restaurant. Staff very kind, friendly and provided efficient service. When we asked for a refill of tea, he provided me with a fresh new container of iced tea instead of just refilling the empty container. Place clean including restroom and not crowded. They also offer a curbside pick up.

We don't go there that often and usually late, like after 9pm. Unfortunately they have a tendency to forget items so always check before you leave the drive through window. Service is not very courteous but the job isn't very good so I can sort of understand but still it's part of the job. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich but it was far from deluxe. It was more like rubber. Should have got a Big Mac or chicken nuggets like my son since they were good as to be expected but they forgot the requested bbq sauce. Didn't even bother to include napkins. Perhaps you need to ask. McD flavor cravings are unique and is why we go back here. Also it's close to home. Just need to be mindful of what to expect and to check the bag.

THe manager at this franchise location handed the poor new hire the wrong order to bring us TWICE. Had my partner not gone inside to assure there was not a 3rd time, the manager would have handed the young man THE SAME EXACT ITEMS as he tried to bring us twice already and yelled at him. the order was correct except for 1 things after the 3rd swing. again, the shift managers error. but doubly so. After she was reminded of the ice coffee included in the order, she slammed down a hot coffee, with cream, missing 2 sugars and no ice. we just cut out losses and left. fresh food, clean establishment, nice employees, tho it was odd seeing the the only white employee being yelled at & spoken to dismissively, repeatedly.

Never thought I'd leave a review for a McDonald's, but wanted to say this particular one in Pacifica has the nicest and friendliest people working there. We ate there five days in a row due to convenience. Each time, we used drive thru. It was busy, but everyone smiled and greeted us kindly, which is rare these days after the pandemic.
