It's overall a good restaurant. If you say, "no cheese" and leave before you check, you may be upset. They seem to have an issue with following orders. It's small stuff, but it wasn't the first drive through issue with them.

Went thru drive thru, the guy taking my order did good job, however got a wrap and was less than impressed. When your paying 6 to 7 bucks for wrap, you expect it to be fresh. The romaine was wilty and had brown in it. Most of the toppings were on one side, so little disappointed in this and won't buy again.

Food was good, more condiments on paper than sandwich, waited in line for about half an hour with minimal cars in front and was asked to pull around front to wait for food.

Fast service, very clean, good food. Our Rat Terrier is crazy for Arby's and had not been to this one. Great friendly service.

I'm pretty sure someone is sabotaging the Ozark store. That, or employees just throw random food items in the bags and hope for the best.

We have to check our bags before leaving the parking lot. Every single time we are missing food! Just now, pulled to the side to check the bag and fries are missing from the meal! One meal!!! And you forget fries?! Will not return! Not to mention the chicken I ordered IS NOT FULLY COOKED!! I understand everywhere is short staffed and backed up but are times really more important than making sure people aren't getting sick!!!! Absolutely horrendous. I would give this a 0 star if I didn't have to pick one to leave a review.
