Wendy's

I ordered two kid's meals with cheese burgers; they both were supposed to be ketchup and pickle only. Only one had pickles on it. Only one kids meal had a toy in it. Their drink station was out all sodas except one. Their tables were dirty. The service sucked. They were more focused on the drive-through than the people who were in the store. I had to ask for our cups multiple times.

Amazing place. We were astounded by the clean fresh look and the cleanliness. We ordered from the 2 for five deal. I got Dave's single and wife got the Spicy chicken. These were made to order and came out fresh and hot. Before eating I stepped into the restroom to wash hands . Now I know as parents we like clean bathrooms. I was only going to take a couple shots but upon realizing how clean it was it was worth recognizing. The crew at this location without a doubt love their jobs. The store manager should receive recognition also. This restaurant was without a doubt one of the cleanest Wendy's I have visited in a long time. My wife and I travel this great country and visited hundreds of different locations and places to eat. By far this place is in the top 10 of clean places to eat. The crew was friendly and the parking area is large and can accommodate many many vehicles. As a parent I highly recommend this establishment. Good job Wendy's crew.

Wendys has great food but I refuse to order from them again. Everytime I order from them something is wrong with my order. Whether it be a couple missing nuggets or condiments or whatever. Yesterday was my last straw because I ordered a Dave’s double with bacon and all I got was 2 pieces of lettuce and 2 meat Pattie’s. How do you mess up that bad.

27 mins in the drive thru with 4 cars in front of you is a little ridiculous! Not only that but to get a sandwich that is supposed to have cheese and dont. Pretty sure you had plenty of time to get it right. Probably should have left after 15 mins but I was commited at that point. Normally dont leave negative reviews but when you see your employee walking around with a brick of cheese you assume they have ran out. Someone decided to wrap my sandwich up and send it anyway. You cant let someone sit in line for 27 mins and knowingly send a sandwich without cheese! That pushed me over the edge. It completely changes the whole sandwich! Positives....the lady was super nice and the food was hot!
