Subway

Very bad at answering the phone!. I work at home depot and Subway is the only place open when I take my lunch!. I always call in my order!. It happened twice to me when I call and the answer without saying anything and click!. First time I called 10 times nd they would answer the phone and click!. When I went to Subway I asked the worker if there phone was working she said yes but she couldn't answer the phone because she was busy!. Really what kind of customer service is that!. It happened today again!. I guess I won't be going to that Subway anymore!.

The person who was there to help was no help at all. She was clueless about how to ring people up for their order and repeatedly said I just don't know, come back when someone else is here. Horrible service, I felt that she didn't even try. She seemed confused and did not know how to communicate. Go to another Subway for better service.

Every time I walk past this Subway Google thinks I've eaten there. I can only talk about one Subway in North Hollywood that a company I worked at would buy lunch for everybody from every day. That particular Subway consistently serves food that was so substandard I've never gone in one of their stores again. I can't believe that's true across-the-board otherwise they would be out of business. I just think it's funny that Google keeps thinking that I've gone into the store when all I did was walk past it and not even stop.
