HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They made my drink wrong and I asked for it to be remade the girl told me no but I pleaded with her until she brought another girl over and she hesitantly agreed to remake it for me. I think they complained about me to the other baristas because they kept looking over and giving me dirty looks. In the end, they purposely made my drink worse than how it was because it literally just tasted like water. From what I seen in other reviews, I'm not the only person this has happened to at this location.

I don't like that they take mobile orders when the lobby is closed. You still have to wait on the drive thru line to get your drinks so by the time you get to the window the Frappuccinos are melting!

I go to Starbucks at least 4 times a week! I always go to this Starbucks, they have the best employees and they make the best drinks! If it’s hot outside I either get a caramel macchiato or an iced chai tea latte. If it’s cold outside I always get a white chocolate mocha! Those are the best drinks and trust me I’ve tried a lot! If you want good service and a perfectly made drink, go to this Starbucks!

The interior of the store was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and efficient. The overall floor plan is a bit narrow, but the location is well suited for its convenient drive-thru location.

Wouldn't you think that after paying so much for a full cup of that they would respect you enough to give you what you PAY for. This happens all the time! I'm just going to keep posting my coffee until they get it right. 2 weeks later this happens?

Coffee always tastes burnt. All Starbucks are always hit or miss and never ever consistent. Management needs to do a better job at training the employees!
