Worst service I've had anywhere in a very long time. I was there an hour and a half just for a simple breakfast. When I finally did get my food nothing was hot, and they forgot to bring my coffee until after I had my food served. Even after I got my food, it took awhile for her to bring my ticket. She said she would be my cashier, but I waited 20 minutes and she never came back. I had to go up front and still wait for a long time for my change. In addition to that, you never know when they're going to be open. Once in a while I see cars there in the morning, but I never know if they're going to be open or not, so I just don't ever plan on eating there , sorry I did today. I won't be back

We ate there on Oct 18. We always have breakfast and it is always good. But this day was different. They were not very busy yet many tables and booths had not been cleaned. Our table had to be cleaned before we could sit down. The food was not very good, has browns tasted like they had been sitting for a while and were cold. When we were done and ready to go, the tables and booths were still not cleaned! Very dissatisfied.

We were there this past Sunday 9-4-16 our service sucked I can understand if they were busy but we were there before the church crowd. We waited bout 30 minutes before we got our food granted we got 3 drink refills before we got our food and 3 tables got there food before and they came in after us. Was not impressed with our food either the only thing that was hot was my gravy. The one in Bartlesville is better. This is not the first time either we have had bad experiences here in Owasso.

The food is good most of the time but the server I kept getting when I visited was so terrible that I finally just stopped going. She had a bad attitude each time, brought wrong items, forgot items, charged for things not ordered - even though I told her I didn't order it when she brought it to table - then got extra jerk about it when I asked her to take it off my bill. How dare me right, smh. Whoever runs this location doesn't seem to care much about making it successful....it seems.
