I have eaten here twice in the last two days while I am in Ottawa on business. Yesterday the sub and service was what you would expect. Today, the sub was surprisingly fresh, the staff very friendly, and they stuffed my sub full of veggies. I was impressed as I haven't seen this happen at a subway in years. I'd highly recommend this place if you happen to be at St. Laurent Shopping Mall.

It's the same as every other subway, would be 5 stars except there were two creeps there who followed me and my friend around for like, 2 hours at 3am. Not subways fault but just beware

Been to this subway many many times and every time I've been there I haven't had any issues. The only issue I had once was a burnt panini but I brought it back a couple minutes later and they apologized and quickly remade another for me free of charge, giving me a free cookie with my meal as a small compensation. They usually have a number of people working so the lines go by relatively fast.

Great SA's Very friendly AND HONEST! I forgot my wallet with money in it today and i called 2 hours later and i got my wallet back with everything in it! Thank you so much St Laurent staff!
