Pizza is awesome but don’t get the spaghetti and meatballs. 10.50 for noodles sauce and 3 tiny frozen from the box meatballs? I can get more meatballs at the same quality in a 2$ can of chef boyardee

Worst customer service ever, clearly wrote NO MAYO on the order using Just Eat as I do with all other orders I've done on here. The guy tried to blame me saying I didn't do it right but he clearly didn't know how the system works and was just lying out of his teeth. They ended up not replacing the BLT that had mayo on it so I had to order food from somewhere else since I wasn't going to risk my allergies for some stupid restaurant that does not know how business works. Admit your mistake and fix the problem would be what any other place would do but these people don't care about customer service. Will never order from them again and may just stop using JUST EAT.

I'm a big pizza lover and bobbies makes a Legendary pizza! I would say the best in Ottawa hands down. The garlic sauce is phenomenal! And the other day I tried their poutine and it's the gravy has a nice kick to it. Highly recommend this. Good job 👌

Am so disappointed in customer relations. We have been long time,loyal customers to Bobby's. We have told people to order from here. Tonight we order our regular order and when the pizza arrived we noticed they forgot the main ingredient which was the bacon (bacon, onion, olive)on the pizza. I called to inform them and ask if they could send us the correct order and they right out refused, stating they were too busy to send us the correct order but would take care of is the next time. I asked them several times to send us the correct pizza as we were wanting to eat our pizza tonight and could not eat the one they sent. They continued to argue stating they sometimes make mistakes and we're too busy to deliver us a new pizza. I ended up hanging up on them and throwing the gross pizza they sent into the trash. We will never order from them again. Am so disappointed in the horrible service to us and the way they disregarded loyal customers. See ya Bobby's, we will never recommend you to anyone.

Thank you to the manager and his staff at Bobbies Original pizza for fulfilling my wishes for excellent pizzas and delivery to my family in ottawa ontario from Pennsylvania U.S.A. Still as good as they were 25 years ago. I sure do miss your pizzas.

Best pizza in the city! Amazing sauce and cheese. Reminds of some of the pizza shops in my old home town in Cornwall and it measures up. No other place in Ottawa quite does it like this. I've been to Milanos, Lorenzo's, colonnade, Gabriel's and they are all good but this is great!

Just ordered for the first time everything was amazing! Everything was deliscious we had pizza, chicken fingers, motza sticks and fries and the garlic sauce was out of this world.

Great Pizza. Been to Ottawa about a half dozen times. Always for hockey tournaments which means we usually wind up at some chain restaurant that we have in our home town. Here for night for work thought I would try something "local". Ordered a pizza and wing deal and the Pizza is absolutely fantastic! Got hawaiian with bacon and they certainly don't skimp on any of the toppings and the crust is perfect consistency. <br/><br/>Wings are a typical Pizza joint trying to do wings, they aren't bad but aren't anything to rave home about, looked like on their menu at the restaurant they may be known for their wings as much as the pizza but given difference between two I would say 5 stars for Pizza and really the wings are what they are for a pizza joint, can't complain, just don't live up to the pizza.

Probably the best pizza in Ottawa.. Been ordering there for about 4 years now. Probably the best Pizza in Ottawa. Delivery here is fast (sometimes 30 minutes). Staff is very friendly. Tried many items on their menu: chicken wings, fried shrimp, hamburger. Ordered fried chicken recently chicken was good but the gravy ruined my fries (worst awful gravy I ever had, new cook?). Go for pizza or subs but stay away from the rest of the food!

Don't order. I order a burger,<br/>- Took over an hour and 10 mins to deliver.<br/>- The bun was wet and the burger was not warm.<br/>- Fries tasted like microwave fries from the day before because they were in the box for too long and went from wet to dried up.<br/>- The gravy tasted nasty!.<br/><br/>Not impressed and will not order agian from this location. Iv'e had a slice of their pizza from someone from my work before and it was good, but the other food.... you might wanna stay away!

It was kinda gross. It's looked unappealing, it tasted unappealing and such a waste of money! The sauce tastes like spaghetti sauce, the crust is too thin and too thick throughout the whole pizza and my ceasar salad was just lettuce (no croutons and no bacon) and doesn't even taste washed. I order in so I don't have to do these things!<br/>Will not be ordering again.

Stacking a burger. The quality of the food has gone. They no longer know how to stack a burger! First they put mustard on the top bun and then lettuce, meat, under the meat onion, tomatoes and then ketchup. Learn how to stack properly! <br/>Hair, a new ingredient in the speghetti! Urgh!

Suggestion. If you want your food customized (extra cheese/specific condiments etc)...call them directly...DO NOT order it off Just Eat. The quality of the food has declined over the years, (called them since 2005) but is better than most delivery places in the city. Delivery people are super nice and friendly.<br/><br/>Pizza is beyond amazing...always has been, probably always will be one of the best pizzas in the city, let alone in Gloucester/Vanier.. Their combos are mediocre compared to a few years ago. Fries are really good though.

Their pizza and donairs may be good (judging by other reviews- we haven't tried them), but whatever you do, DON'T order the hot turkey sandwich. I have never seen this before: layers upon layers of deli meat turkey smothered in gravy. I even tried a few bites and tried to like it, but a hot turkey sandwich without real pieces of turkey is just really disgusting, I'm sorry. Bobbie, please do things right or don't do them at all...

Pizza done right. When I was growing up O-town had the greatest selection and variety of Mom and Pop Pizza places.<br/>Bobbies was one of them.. other great places from 30 years ago were, Peter's Pantry, House of Pizza on Richmond Rd (still there still good), Il Sole on Preston, the original Colonnade, Alsalso's, Cicero's and one in the Britannia Plaza El Toro's that was spectacular and many more.. (even the original Fat Albert's were pretty good) <br/><br/>The variety was a happy co-incidence of Ottawa's mosaic. There were Italian, Greek, Lebanese and other middle easterners all creating a tasty variety of Pizza's.<br/><br/>Then the chains moved in and folks started buying the cardboard in a box because of the convenience and a catchy jingle and many of the small neighbourhood shops disappeared.<br/><br/>Nice to see Bobbies is still great. Sauce and dough made fresh every day great portions and lot's of cheese and toppings. <br/>Bobbie's is not in my part of town but due to a schedule change we went 5 times this summer and loved it every time. So, now I know it is worth the drive even for a West-ender.

Superb. I have high standards. Ordered a combo tonight and it was excellent. Had to sprinkle some oregano on it, but no problem. The pizza had ample portions of meat, cheese and green peppers. Delivery was prompt. Easily on a par with Colonnade or the old Belair on Queen St. Bobbies is definitely the place to go for pizza in Gloucester.

We have ordered from Bobbies very often and the food is always excellent. By far, they make some of the best pizza in town and their other menu items are just as good. Try the beef donair platter or the fish and chips!
