I tried the vegetarian pizza for the first time and it was great! The staff was annoyed demanding us to order fast since they were about to close, even though it was 10pm and maps said they would close at 11pm.

Very impressed with this pizza so will order from now on. Pizza Nova in Toronto used to be my favourite till I moved to Ottawa. This is my favourite 💖 now!

It's absolutely delicious I haven't had good pizza like this in a long time. The one complaint I have is there online ordering doesn't tell you which store it was sent to even of you pick a specific store

Excellent pizza, good crust (both regular and thin), generous topping, with real bacon. Cheese is not super salty. Getting pricy, but so is everyone

Was good last time I ordered so I ordered the same thing and it was very disappointing. Did the cook have a bad day? Crust was not thin, hardly any dried tomatoes, did not taste good.

Horrible delivery and customer service.
I placed an online order at 14:30, the app promised a delivery by 15:25. Their normal delivery takes 55 minutes! But it didn't arrive even after one hour!
I called their number to follow up; they said it will be there in 5-7 minutes.
After another 10 minutes, I called again, this time they told me that there was a problem with printing the order at the store and they have not made it yet! They can prepare it in another 20 minutes. :)

I'm not sure what is going on with this location. I order once every couple weeks and each time the dough is raw. Yesterday we ordered a turkey club and steak sub for something different. That was a huge mistake. it was completed soggy and ingredients were slim. We won't be ordering from there again. Too many issues in the matter of three months.
