Burger King

Horrible I been waiting for about 20 minutes for a burger or 3 of them and no one is in line. No one I been waiting way too long. Take in mind I'm a former manager at burger King. The milkshake was straight vanilla no Ice cream it was so disgusting , like water in a cup. Then before I arrived it was about 7:45 they said they were closed for 10 minutes so I waited came back and then got this horrible food. Staff should all be evaluated hasn't been the first time I had problems here just wish someone would speak up about it because enough is enough we pay for good food not old dried up food

Spent an hour in the drive thru couple weeks back. Figured it was just a bad day for them. Then today I tried giving them another shot. Sadly same result. Another lunch break spent counting 53 cars drive through McDonald’s drive thru. Just to have my order wrong and no care in the world from the employees. Which I don’t really have time to do much complaining since I have a job that I need to be at. Simple question is how do you stay open financially? That’s crazy. No way are you making profit.

Wouldn't go here again. Ordered a Whopper meal. Got my drink at the window, but was told to wait in the parking lot. For a fast food meal, it took quite a while to arrive. Things I didn't like: 1) Took a while 2) Did not get a receipt. 3) Did not get napkins or ketchup 4) Whopper was missing tomatoes and lettuce The plus side was the two staff members. They seemed to do their best in serving people.

Don't Waste your time worst restaurant in Ottawa and that isn't saying much because its the worst town for fast food. I love burger king, but I will go to another town. its a franchised store. burger king corporate needs to take it back. every time i have gave it a chance something was wrong with the order. even had rare burgers. Cold food and long waits. now they have stopped giving receipt so you cant report there garbage they are pushing out the window. they are always hiring never see the same person. Please Burger King take ownership of your brand because the owners of this one isn't.

I go for the humor I find In This location. Always slow, always a wrong order, never fresh, sometimes closed in the middle of the day. Never properly staffed. I can't believe this location hasn't been shut down by BK or atleast restarted. Today, no onion rings, they are out. Cold food with missing lettuce and onion as ordered. I mean if I have to microwave the food why can't they do it and then lie to me so I have the illusion they are trying. Crazy stuff here. Been going here 3 years now. Have had only 1 correct order.
