The ice cream machine has been down. That seems to be a frequent occurrence for many McDonald's restaurants for some reason.
The building style is newer. I haven't spent much time inside, but it has always been clean. Service has also been reliable and friendly.

I never leave reviews but I had to this time This location has the worst service of any other McDonald’s I’ve been to
I waited in the drive through lane for 5 minutes and no one said anything until I asked if anyone was working. I placed my order and the quarter pounder I ordered was put together like 5 year olds are working in the kitchen. This location has consistently had bad service since day one of opening, lack training and management supervision obviously are the problem.This isn’t he first time the service was terrible but it will be the last for me

If you were to ask me 4 years ago how the service was it was excellent. I used to work here it’s not that hard of a job. I asked for a salad they forgot my dressing for the southwest salad. The whole reason why I got the salad. The service today sucked which I’m not asking for much. Also your salads why are they so small now it’s a joke.

We ordered and it took 3 times to get the order correct. 1 time they gave us someone else's order. After 3 attempts they got the sandwiches correct they had to replace our fries because the became cold and hard. They failed to give us our drink. I've never seen a mcdonalds provide such poor accuracy or customer service.

You know how there's always another McDonald's nearby? There's always the good one and the bad one right? Well this is the bad one. Don't go here, go to the good McDonald's. My orders often get messed up, the wait time is too long for fast food, they never have ice cream and their food preparation is sub par. I'm done with this one for good this time.

Highly disappointed. Ordered a Big Mac and Large fry meal and sat in the parking spot for 10 minutes before I had to ask someone for my meal. They had to come back and ask me what I ordered as well. Waited another 5 minutes before that came out too. All while watching at least a dozen other vehicles go through the drive through.

Look I don't consider myself the picky type, but I hate how often I get home with my food from here cursing myself for not checking it sooner. The place wasn't busy at all today, just one car in the drive through and a couple people in the building with me so I wasn't too worried about things being too rushed. I ordered a sausage mcgriddle and paid a little extra to try some canadian bacon on it as well. When I got home, I did have canadian bacon but somehow I was missing the sausage in my sausage mcgriddle. Feels like I got ripped off. I also got two hashbrowns and found hair in one of them. Overall todays breakfast feels like a fail for the price I paid. Look I know food service can be hard when you feel rushed and it's hard to keep track, but come on, the place was slow and you still mess up my order and get hair in my hashbrown?

I don't usually leave a review, but when you ask for something and the person that is the Manager just ignores you and walks away. That's very unprofessional. Also, some of the employees are yelling profanities about customer. Very unprofessional and not a good experience.
