Panda Express

Just ordered 3 large chow meins and they were clearly made all wrong. They were burnt and devoid of flavor. The noodles just taste like gas and charred cabbage. This is my kids favorite thing to get from any restaurant and they both spit it out and refused to eat it. Tried to call but there was no one available.

i asked for a plate with white rice, chow mein, orange chicken and kung pao. this is the kung pao chicken they gave me. they filled up the spot for the meat with a bunch white rice and i counted exactly THREE pieces of kung pao chicken and that is it. the rest is peanuts and these nasty vegetables that have no flavor that they dumped on top to make the plate look like it was full. the side with the chow mein and orange chicken is fine but everytime i order kung pao they cheat me out of it and do this same thing everytime. one star i am very upset that i spent my money to get a plate if i wanted white rice and bell peppers i would’ve ordered that.

This review is going to make me seem like a terrible person but I hope you’ll hear me out. The last two times I’ve been to this Panda Express location, they’ve asked me to round up to the nearest dollar for charity. I distinctly said no. Upon pulling away from the drive through window, I’ve seen that they rounded up for charity anyway. I’m probably not the only person that’s been taken advantage of this way, considering it’s happened twice now. I’m not going to lose sleep over a few cents at the end of the day, but this practice is immoral. I don’t know if there’s some incentive for employees for getting a conversion, but I will be keeping my eye on my next transaction and I’d advise whoever reads this review to also do so.

06/2022 Same thing again. Got there an hour and 20 min. before close and they told us they didn't have string bean chicken and another dish that my hubby wanted and they said they turned the fryers off! WTH? The restaurants I worked at, we had to serve customers until actually closing time. My husband refused to order anything and ate at Chipotle instead. I complained to corporate after the previous visit and they have done nothing about it. Someone needs to check on this. You can't shut down certain meals one hour and 20 min. before closing! Maybe 10 or 15 min. before closing. 03/2022 Food is 5 stars, business hours are a 1. Don't trust their hours. They stop serving certain meals up to 45 min before closing in my experience. Who is running this place? Wonder who the Owner/Manager is, a teenager?

I come to this panda once a week and it’s normally busy but that’s ok I understand but my review stands by the quality last two times I came the rice was super crunchy I waited about 40 mins in line for my food not the drive they line the line inside.. so I would think the rice would at least be cooked. Not only that I ordered two orders of rangoons and I come here enough to know they have packages of sweet and sour the lady behind the counter said they don’t have that anymore which was a lie their inventory was in the booths by the counter and I saw a big box of sweet and sour I don’t mind the wait I see they are short staff it’s the fact that THe rice was crispy and not cooked and I ordered mostly rangoons with no sweet and sour
