Contacted this Subway to explain that the order was not only missing items but included items NOT requested due to allergies. Very unhelpful Manager who advised me to contact Deliveroo who gave a £5 refund on a £30 order. Be careful …

Avoid ordering online. Ordered subs with salads and sauce for delivery via uber eats. They sent just bits of chicken in bread saying that’s all their system showed them! Whatever the issue they need to resolve with uber eats and at minimum listen to the customer issue.

Ordered for chicken sandwich got some red meat ; not sure what meat is it being religious it was extreme situation and justeat doing a lot of drama even to issue complete refund on name of investigation, not acceptable; very irresponsible staff and and unethical work.

They kept letting ppl in front of me and ignoring me. No service at all. So disappointed! And salads are very scarce for the price you pay
