The few times I've been in the orpington one I've had lovely service. It's also one of the less cramped places to go for coffee down the highstreet.

OK rather quiet outlet and a bit on the dark side. The absence of push/pull signs on the door is a mystery.

Clean condition and spacious. Amenities are also in good condition with area for baby change. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Friendly staff, always happy to have a chat - have kept an eye on my laptop/bags when I have gone to the toilet. Seats are always available unlike Costa across the road. Generally clean and tidy and well kept.
