Itto Sushi

I hadn’t heard about Itto before, but went because we had gotten a gift certificate from a friend. It was SO good. Our favorite was the lion king, one of the best rolls I’ve had in a long time. Our servers were super attentive and quick to help with anything. Our food came out so quickly!? Like faster than a fast food restaurant. Our one and only complaint is that we couldn’t use our gift certificate for happy hour, which seemed odd. Other than that, everything was amazing and will come back again.

Itto's Sushi in orem is a culinary gem, seamlessly blending rich tonkotsu ramen with exquisite sushi. The tonkotsu ramen boasts a savory depth, while the sushi showcases precision and freshness. We came in for dinner and had Joe as our server. Joe was the fastest server I have ever had. He made sure drinks were filled, made sure our order was taken as soon as we were ready, he checked in on us a perfect amount. We ordered an appetizer and 2 rolls and an entree and all of our food was on our table within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was incredible too. Other staff that interacted with us were great. But Joe stood out especially with his speed, professionalism, respect, and efficiency.

Itto is a great place to eat sushi and other Asian dishes. The variety and specials are amazing and are prepared pretty quickly. There's a dish for any taste you're looking for. It is a little more pricey, but you do get quality dishes. It cost me and my wife about $70 for 5 sushi dishes, water, and a tip. Service was very friendly and always made sure we got what we needed. The only negative I have to say is the cleanliness could use improving. There was trash everywhere, and none of the workers seemed to care about keeping the place spotless.
