I ordered dinner for my family for the first time from 3 Palms Pinecrest on 1/23/20. My husband and I come from the hospitality industry and were really disheartened by the lack of care given to this service encounter. We realize that the only way to improve and grow is to hear about instances like this, so I'm sharing it.
In the Special Instructions section of the order, I noted curbside pickup as I'm being very cautious about Covid-19 exposure and was really happy to see you were offering that. When I drove up to the restaurant there weren't any parking spots designated for curbside for 3 Palms. However, other Pinecrest restaurants have special parking spaces set aside for this purpose. Since the traffic was so bad around the dinner hour, I decided to park in the garage and pop into the restaurant since I figured it would only be a minute.
I arrived and checked in with the hostess. She said my order wasn't quite ready. I happily agreed and bought some desserts in the meantime thinking the wait would be 5 minutes max. About 10 minutes into my wait a gentleman (possibly the manager) came out to ask if I wanted mushroom gravy since it was on my order. We figured that out. I kept waiting. However, the restaurants was packed with guests that kept entering, waiting, and exiting or being seated. As time marched on, I began getting more and more worried since there were so many people I was coming in contact with. I hadn't planned on coming in contact with anyone, but then there were probably 25+ people that waited near me at various points since my carry out wait took so long.
I checked back in with the hostess and she said my order should be ready soon. I couldn't handle it anymore and said I'd wait outside in the freezing cold. She said I could pull my car around and double-park, but I'd seen that people were honking and getting angry at others who do that earlier at Shake Shack and I didn't want that to happen. I asked if she could bring my food out to the 30-Minute Spot that I was parked in in the garage and she declined.
I froze outside waiting until 6:42pm to get my food that was supposed to be ready at 6:15pm. Had I known it would've taken so long, I could've waited in my car and been called on the phone when it was ready. It seems that the order wasn't even started until I arrived. When the hostess (not the manager) brought me my food, I was so upset I was speechless. She apologized, but not particularly sincerely with no offer of comping the meal or a certain amount off the next meal.
We really would like to return as we enjoyed the food. However, the lack of great service, communication, and loyalty building was grossly lacking.
NOTE: I contacted the restaurant directly before posting this, but didn't hear back.

Was absolutely blown away by this place. Authentic pizza ovens, real Buffalo mozzarella, friendly staff, great atmosphere, all amazing. You can smell this place from pretty much anywhere in the area, definitely pulls you in, glad I followed my nose.
Drinks at the bar were great, wonderful cocktails and a nice selection of beers on draft. Food came out quickly, didn't even make it to beer #2.
The pizza was fantastic, the perfect of amount char on the crust that was also wonderfully chewy with the right amount of bite. Loaded with toppings and some of the best cheese I've ever had.
Not only that, they have some amazing breads and desserts available, ended up taking home a wonderful asiago mushroom loaf and a zebra cheesecake. Everything was incredible, will be back soon!

The Woodfire pizza is delicious with fresh & flavorful toppings. Their house infused Tito's Limoncello martini is a MUST, as is their margarita - we worked out in Cleveland a year ago & back again. 3 Palms was the last place we ate before leaving & the first place we came back to.

I ordered food for pickup at 6:35pm, it was not ready until 6:55pm and I have two screaming kids in the car. Please give proper expectations for pick up. I am disappointed.

Great location at Pine Crest, very similar to the one in Hudson I’ve been to about 20 times. Pizzas and meatballs are always great. I recommend the polpatina pizza and the meatball with Sunday gravy, which is a meat red sauce cooked down for hours. It’s a little more rich And has more of a mouth feel than traditional marinara. The pasta with basil was a new favorite of mine and would recommend because it was so fresh.

Kitchen deserves a 5 star review.. service deserves 1. My best friend and I took my daughter here for pizza. It was DELICIOUS. 8:00pm hit (closing time) and they were approaching our table telling us they HAD to take plates because of closing. I wasn’t finished with my meal. It’s not like we arrived during closing. But they were putting the dining room chairs up around another table dining inside. We were one of three tables still there and kept getting stares from the servers waiting for us to leave. It was honestly uncomfortable how we were treated. I’d be horrified if I was management.

Went here for happy hour and loved it! The pizza is really good and authentic like real home style Italian stone oven pizza... I had the Margarita pizza and a Caesar salad which was amazing and super fresh. Also the desert case is delectable and well worth paying a visit. I will definitely be back!!!!
