Not only was my mashed potates macaroni and cheese, but the chicken tenders where so old and hard I had to throw them in the trash. Guess it didn't matter that they forgot the sauces.
FOR LOCALS: Does anyone say thanks anymore in this town. Lucky if you get eye contact! Very said we have such limited options.

I came in today going in for a treasure chest and Richard has very good customer service and went over the top for me and the food was great definitely coming back here soon.

Check your bagged order before you leave..spent $32.00 on dinners and no utensils, no dip and not even a single napkin..pathetic..there's a reason why I haven't been there in 6,7 months...lost a customer..I should have read these reviews before going there again..run Forrest run....

Was overcharged over $2.00 and Manager Requires Proof. I proved it 3 times with credit card invoices. Didn't get any Fries I paid for. Wayne is an Idiot that is too dumb to Work at KFC. Corporate keeps Sending Free Food Vouchers knowing some Staff is Completely Incompetent.

Horrible service waited in drive thru line 20 minutes to be told to pull around to the front to wait even longer

Called at 9:20 PM to verify their that they closed at 10PM for drive through, and the employee confirmed this. Showed up 10 minutes later at 9:30 PM and the lights were off and they had closed. We drove out of our way based off what they said. Incredibly disappointed that they don't follow their own posted hours. Realistically I'd give zero stars, but that's not possible.

Seriously just close this location. give up... They're out of chicken CONSTANTLY. 2 weeks ago they had no original chicken at all... last week my cousin said they were out of ALL wings and drums.. were pulling out of the location now, no original chicken, no drums, no wings.. and Long John silvers side is closed.... just close the store.
