Typical review that I wish I could give NO star for. 2/3/22 9:15 a.m. Cashier clearly hates his job & most likely his life but that’s nobody else’s fault. Nobody needs to deal with your unprovoked attitude. Work somewhere that doesn’t require dealing with the general public if you can even get such a job.

this place is pretty bad for a chain. Staff doesn't seem motivated to be there; not well maintained; definitely not following Covid protocols; espresso based drinks with milk alternatives have been delayed / forgotten on several occasions. I usually only go if I don't have cash on me, but if you do hold cash, and want better service, try one of the family owned places on Main St. This DD definitely only makes money because it's familiar. Overall, it's not a comfortable establishment and should be reevaluated as to it's needs in the community other than job opportunities. Way too many violations and substandard commitments to quality to be regarded as a valuable business in the community.
