Dunkin'

Never again! My food was stale, hard and cold. I didn't get my coffee roll nor powdered doughnuts and the phone number to call the store is a Verizon service number not an actual number for a business. The worst $40 I've spent and I tipped. The driver stayed in the car arguing on his cell for at least 4minutes. They will never see my 💰 again.

The service is fast, not too busy inside, busy drive thru,it’s a pretty cool place to grab a drink and go. Butttt, do y’all make things in the afternoon? In the morning I usually get what i asked for but after noon there’s no popping bubbles, no refreshers, and only about 4 donuts left. But I give a 4/5 just bc I love dunkin. And the peach passionfruit refresher is HEAVENLY def 10/10

I went to get 4 dozens of donuts, one hot chocolate, two teas, and a bacon egg and cheese, and I pay for my items and they are giving them to me but the terrible worker gives me five hot chocolates instead of one. So I tell her that I did not order five hot chocolates and she tells me that I did when I specifically said one then another worker came and started saying that I needed to pay attention when I ordered. Then they start to ignore me they both start attending other customers while we were waiting for our unfinished order. I asked to speak with the manager but they both said he was busy and did not want to help. Then I started recording for my own safety and while I was recording I kept asking and asking for them to listen to me and give me my order. But they kept ignoring me. Then one of the workers threatened to throw my phone if I didn't stop recording. And then they decided they were going to give me my order but when I checked none of the boxes of donuts where filled they were all missing basically all of the donuts. And they wanted to hand me the boxes like that empty. Then I told them why they were empty and then one of the workers started calling me stupid and insulting me for not paying attention and ordering 5 hot chocolates when I only ordered 1. Never going back to that dunkin donut. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible.

Real conversation I had with an employee tonight at 6:45, over an hour before closing: (Lights mostly off, everything taken off the display racks) -Whoa, are you out of everything tonight? -Yeah -Wow, you’re really out of everything? -Yeah Unfortunately, every other experience was mediocre or bad at best. Won’t be back.
