Dunkin'

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is incompetent and they always mess up my order, then blame me for their mistakes. I always order an iced chai latte because I medically cannot have coffee. I normally go before work because it’s the closest Dunkin. Multiple times they made my drink with chocolate syrup and caffeine, and I had to go back on my break because I wait for 20+ minutes (for a chai latte and avocado toast) when I ordered, and ended up being late to work which is right next door. Unacceptable. Recently, I went back to tell them they messed up my order again (5 chocolate and 5 glazed munchkins and a chai latte with LIGHT ice). I also cannot have too much ice in my drink because I have very sensitive teeth so I cannot drink things that are too cold or too hot. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 glazed, and two jelly munchkins. The staff simply is reckless and careless. They do not listen to what you say and always mess up. When it’s time to hold them accountable, they said I should have brought it back and had a receipt. When I got my food and drink, they did NOT give me a receipt, instead they closed the drive thru window and walked away for several minutes before I could even tell them my order was still messed up. At that point, I was late to work again because I was waiting so long and I left. I called to explain my situation, and the manager said I always complain and that I should have gotten a receipt from them. It is ridiculously unprofessional. This place has the worst service and they aren’t helpful whatsoever. I will be writing a letter to corporate.

Quality service.! I recently moved to this area of ​​Orange and Milford and for the first and third time I was able to buy my breakfast at this restaurant. The service is of quality. I feel very happy with the friendliness of the service. My coffee was perfect and my sandwich was hot, as always. I would give 10 stars for this service

I wish zero stars was an option. They got nothing in our order right. We ordered a blue raspberry energy punch, they put some other syrup in it that wasn't blue raspberry. One sandwich was ordered with American cheese but both sandwiches had Swiss. The other sandwich was really burnt and the bacon on both sandwiches was so burnt, it shattered as you bit into it. Lastly, coming from someone who worked in the fast food industry, the hashbrowns tasted like they thawed, were refrozen, and then were heated and served. They had that freezer burn taste and texture to them. Overall the meal was absolutely disgusting. What's so hard about getting at least one thing in an order right? We will not be going back here!

This is one of the worst DD I have been, the person at the window basically ignored me for periods and left wondering if I am all set what is my total (which kind of okay in fast food places that is how they do it, can’t expect much). When I went to the other window to pick up my drink, it tasted terrible not sure what they put in it but it was super strong (peach refresher), made me sick all afternoon… I completely get it that employees may be tired of rude people or minimum wage jobs during this time, but there is no reason to put it on someone else…
