Chipotle Mexican Grill

They were really busy the night I ordered online pick up. I sent my friend in to get my food and they told her it would be a while. I called wanting a refund because it was past my pickup time I couldn’t do it myself. I explained that I couldn’t have my friend waiting and I sent her because I was in the hospital and just had a baby. The staff was so nice and pushed my order through where she didn’t even wait five minutes. Then, when she brought it to me it had this sweet note on it. Thank you all, it really made my night and the food was delicious as always !!

The pluses: Plenty of parking since it is a shopping center. It is Chipotles...the food is good. They were allowing dine-in. They are convenient to my sons house. The folks working there were hustling and working hard. The minuses: It was very messy behind the line...food was splattered all over the counter. And it was not getting cleaned up. When they ran out of something somebody would grab a pan and literally just throw it in, food flying all over. Some of the various add ins were old and tired looking and should have been swapped out. Counter Personnel wasn't very friendly.

Best part of recent visit is the 4 different flavored organic tumeric infused self serve drinks. Otherwise, the chips were stale and did not taste salty or lime flavored as in past visits. We ordered and ate inside around 4:30 on a Tuesday and it was not crowded, only 1 or two tables had been wiped off and the dining area did not appear clean. 2 drinks, 2 small salads and 1 small bag of stale chips for basically 30.00 The staff was friendly and the drinks were refreshing. Doubt we will be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

The cost isnt worth it. For the money I can eat much better else where. I ordered a steak bowl with Guac and chips, and NO DRINK, and it was $14.61... Ridiculous. Ate the exact same meal at Moe's SW Grill two weeks ago and the portion was greater and the cost was $8.90!!! Won't be going back to Chipotle.

The service is good and the restaurant is always clean. The food is good/ok but is sometimes inconsistent or it’s inconsistent with how I react to it. It’s always fresh and cooked fresh, I just couldn’t eat here more than once every few weeks. This particular restaurant is small and feels unfinished in the way they built the place, it’s not my most favorite place for a lunch meeting because it’s hard to have a conversation in a small but open space like this.
