O'charleys

This was what I picked up for Ribs. There is leftover bone in the box. I went to the restaurant again. Manager who I talked did not apologize to me and she just offered me a new one but I can not eat this here so I asked a refund. I waited for receipt that I would get refund for long time. I wasted my time and gas for round trip to the restaurant, placing the order and the refund. I will never visit this restaurant again.

I really like their fried chicken salad but every time it's different. At first, it was really large, took up both sides of the to go box, and it was piled up to the TOP lid (somewhat overflowing). Now it's small, in comparison, and they didn't put the extra dressing cup in each salad (2 salads) that I asked for. On top of that, the dressing cups were half the size they usually are. Not to mention, the single cup that was in each box wasn't even full. I ended giving my mom my salad dressing cup. Also, I asked for extra eggs and, in my opinion, it was a normal amount... I called them and they debated the "extra" portion that they watched being put in there.... This sucks! When I first went there, the salad was amazing and, ever since, they keep disappointing me more and more. Tonight was the final straw... In the picture, the to go box is wide but it is shallow. This is supposed to be a dinner sized salad not a McDonald's sized salad. The cup in the picture is empty because I gave it to my mom to use but I included it so you can see how small it is and it wasn't even full. I can't even eat it because I need to go to Walmart to go get dressing.

Waitress was a bit slow getting to the table initially, but once she did finally show up service was good. The potato skins are amazing!! Light crispness to them -- yummy. Me and 2 teenage girls all got chicken tenders and they were fantastic as always-- a little more greasy than normal, but hot and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Overall a really good experience. Will definitely go back.

We came in for a late lunch. No waiting. Was seated in the area to the left after the entrance. Kinda like a small dining room. Social distancing was intact. Masks on server and customers. Our server was exceptional! This young lady was juggling 4 to 5 tables at once with amazing attention to each party. She took each tables order and not once did she pull out a ticket to write anything down. And there were NO issues with any table. I don’t remember her name but this employee was phenomenal. Food served promptly, hot, accurate. Very pleasurable experience. We’ll be back many times!
