Food was good, help friendly. But, I don't believe I'm going to like the new ordering system.

If you want a way around the slowdown of waiting in line, use the app. I ordered about 20 minutes ahead, and by the time I got there our food was ready. Still hot when I got home with it. Unless you really just have a need to watch them make it this is much better.

The food was fresh staff was friendly although there wasn't enough to accommodate the busy nature of the store. The one employee was very friendly though and worked feverishly to ensure we received our food in a timely manner. My rating directly reflects upper managements innability to properly schedule enough employees to maintain customer satisfaction.

When we went they said they had not meat and was out of everything and tje guy in front of us couldn't even get the sandwich he wanted

Does not pay their employees on time. Called the central office and was told that the regional manager was covering for another store, and would receive pay a couple days later...maybe. This is wage theft.

The lady that helps us was wonderful very friendly n made our sandwiches great! We will come back!

Worst subway. They never have a full stock of bread. Online orders are a nightmare. I honestly don't know how this place has kept their franchise. The latest staff allows their friends to block the entrance with their vehicle so they can close up to 45 minutes early. Would not recommend.
