His name was Z and he was absolutely AMAZING! My fiance and I came through and he was so nice and super helpful! He even made an attempt for conversation and had great customer service which is very rare these days! Definely coming back!

Every time I come here for a HOT coffee it’s always barely warm. I tried this 3 days in a row and nothing changed. So instead of being able to enjoy coffee on my way to work, I have to wait 20 more minutes until I get there to throw it in the microwave.

We love the large selection of donuts...and their Drive Thru makes it easier to stop there for our favorites. Their Jelly Filled donuts cannot be beat. And, we enjoy any of their cream or custard filled donuts! We usually drop by after we've gone grocery shopping...because then we have an awesome dessert to enjoy after lunch or dinner (as well as for breakfast the next morning)! Yum!

The staff is always nice and for a while the service was very good. But for the last few months I've ordered on the app my order has been messed up. I recommend if you are going to frequent this location don't do any order modifications. Part of it is on me for not catching it before I leave but it does get frustrating.

I'm a big fan of Dunkin coffee and this location has made my order right EVERY TIME! the drive through staff are so friendly, both early in the morning and later at night. service is quick and the lines aren't ever too bad for me.
Also, be careful about the weird intersection when exiting the drive through. Sometimes other drivers from the Hy-Vee parking lot or from 119th will zoom through the stop signs without noticing them. No fault of Dunkin, just something to remember!

Ordered foods from online, I waited 2 hours and the order got canceled from restaurant. They didn’t even sent a message to me, that made me being hungry for whole night. The worse service, I even doubt that employe was sleeping during their shift.

Donuts were stale! For this place to be open 24 hours they should have fresh donuts. They didn't have not one glazed donut.
