Ihop

We had the worst service & the place was nasty, i wanted to also take pictures of the 6 tables i counted full of dishes left from previous eaters but thought they would see me, anyway no one attempted to clean any tables while we were there & one of the employees was just sitting in a little room on his phone doing nothing, as you can see from my bathroom pics it was nasty, and our food it tasted good but i got a piece of ham that i thought was gonna be a ham steak but it was no bigger than a small childs hamburger patty, my husband was missing several items off of his order that should of been on it.& the waitress had the personality of a gnat. Don't waste your time going to this location, you will be disappointed. Date we visited 2-24-22.

We were ordered by online and used delivery on our order. One item our order has been missing all the sides. we’ve been receives only the french toast. No others side dishes at all. No hash brown, no hickory strips, no scramble eggs with cheese. So, for $ 12.98 we have only got 4 pieces of half toast. We have been trying to putting complaint and the manager lady just said, checked your french toast, all the items under your french toast. Helloooooo . If I could find those, i would not have to called you. And they’re asked us for pickup for the items they’ve been “forgot “ or forgotten. Well, if we can to pick up our breakfast we wouldn’t have to put delivery order. That why i paid the delivery orders and tips. This is not the first time happened. So many times. Last time they’ve asked us, if they could return the money on our cards. But until couples weeks (I think like 3 weeks something) we have not been receiving yet. We have to went that store and asked about that. After this experience (and others prior experience) probably I would not do ihop in this location again. I have really been thinking about this.

We stopped here to eat around 1:30 AM this morning, 4/3. First off, I asked for straws when our server was finished bringing our drinks and the she snipped back saying "I only have two hands" very rudely! We then noted our server coughing over and over off to the side, away from the food at first, but then she continued coughing over at the counter where our food was waiting for her to bring to our table. She was not wearing a mask. My husband got up to see if she was coughing near our food, not covering her mouth or turning her head away or anything, and sure enough she was. She then loaded her arms with our table's food, where she again coughed straight ahead over our food. She brought it to our table thinking there was nothing wrong with this. This is horrible etiquette and nobody is going to eat food that someone was coughing on. She said, I am not sick, I just have a tickle in my throat. It doesn't matter! You coughed on our food! Disgusting!

I'm not sure if it was just a late night thing or not but it took 45 minutes for a seat, with open seating. Was sat at the same time as 2 other groups that arrived after, one of them with a 2 minute wait. Then waited 15 minutes to get drinks, once had ordered both of the other 2 groups had already been served food. Overall had 2 hours there. Food was great but REALLY slow.
