Came at 2pm drive thru had 2 cars at the window 2cars at the speaker. I went in to order at the counter and was told only online orders.... Mind you NO signs saying this. I can understand if this was during the height of the pandemic but nope if so then why aren't the employees wearing masks? I was ready to order a 16pc meal since the business has forgotten about customer service and have no counter help you have lost my business.

Place not bad but a little off...times I went their dining room was always closed. Last person I talked to at drive thru had attitude problems and was verbally irritated when asked questions...

Well I went by KFC Sunday evening about 7:15 to pick up a few thing. Ordered 2 Bowls, 1 3 piece tenders, and 2 - 4 piece chicken regulars, he told me he would do an 8 piece it would be cheaper, since I didn't order combos. Now I know why, they didnt put the 8 piece in the bag. Didn't check till I got home. Awful food and the rudest people. I will wait till I go back to Moore or Oklahoma City before I eat at another KFC. This one in Okmulgee is the worst one I have ever been at.
You need to change your managers you need to get a hold of your workers put them through some training and you people need to learn how to cook again.
And you need to leave your phone put up in your purse or in your pocket while your working you can't take someone's order and text your girlfriend and get the person's order right.

Well drive thru speaker system was down so you ordered at the window but amazingly the keept there speed of service time down so quick on food out.the food was hot and pretty right.good quick yard bird.no complants

Checked order before driving off short a soda and side of beans then the employee stood at the window with their back to me until I knocked on the window. Also then hadd to ask for condiments. Poor service today!

Extremely slow drive thru only and then they only take 1 order at a time. When 1 leaves then they take another order. Just ridiculous!
