Culver's

I had order some chicken tenders, the tenders we're good but the fries was cold . the greeter at the front desk was not very friendly I had to tell her how to greet and acknowledge your customers and she still had a terrible response. No good customers service something she needs to learn and work on . It also took over 15 minutes after I sat down before someone came to my table to bring water. Service is very slow . To be a top notch restaurant, you must have good customer service, friendly customers greeting is very important, the food must always be fresh and cook to the customers liking . Waiting on a meal should never be over 25mins I prefer for it to be less than 20mins. Waiters should always pe prompt and always Be professional when greeting and addressing customers. Over all Rating points...I give Lucky a 4 ...but the Restaurant could be a 5 Rating Restaurant...if these's problem could be address and maintained!

Hadn't been to Culver's in years. Went inside to eat and was pleasantly surprised by the menu variety. Did you know they sell Rubens, beef pot roast sandwiches, pork loin sandwiches and even veggie burgers?! Also have mashed potatoes in addition to cheese curds and fries. Unfortunately didn't have room to try their frozen custard after eating my yummy fish sandwich. Did I mention the root beer floats? Definetely will be back!
