We wasn't gonna go to burger King anyone cause of 2nd st.
But we came to 12th on Saturday and kaylie sorry if it's spelled wrong.
Was amazing she had great customer service made us feel like we ruled.
We're definitely coming back to 12th street.

Wow, clean store with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Order was easy and food came quickly. Guy in front of me asked for fresh fries. Employee said her fries are always fresh. Well order came fast and Yes fries came hot and fresh. Burger tasted as it should.

I like this place. I do agree that some days are slower than others. They need more employees due to it being on 12th street which is a very busy street for fast food places. They also tend to run out of shakes fairly quickly which can be a bummer but other than that it's a really nice place to go to.

This location is pretty slow but I get that they don't have enough employees. I would have rated a 3 but there's one employee that makes it worth it to come and order. That employee gave me a free fry and a free upgrade size on my drink. Love that kind of customer service!

Store was out of everything pretty much and no one showed up for their shifts that day, but the woman working and her son also working were doing great and handling the situation extremely well..She needs a raise or promotion for certain. I've been in food service for almost 20 yrs and have seen many of people break under less pressure situations. Truly an asset to have an employee so calm and collected and still manage to get things done efficiently while maintaining a friendly composure.

I went ln Saturday July 27 2019
Asked for the crispy tacos.
They put a bunch of hot salsa so my kids could not eat them.
How do they pretend to know how much hot salsa people like on their tacos.
Come on. That's why the little packages are invented.
So I have to come all the way from home back to burger king to return them.
At least they did remake them.

This place great! It would pretty well serves whatever you wantwhenever you want it with a reasonable wait (I always want the dinner menu and I work graves, so when I would get off at 6am they would still make me a Whopper, Love it!).
Tonight I saw a 2 for $1 cookie deal on the digital display order menu and tried to order them. They aren't doing that promotion anymore and I got annoyed. It's not this locations fault and they can't change that display. However they still honored the promotion because I was irritated, the night shift is pretty great.
