I go back here about twice a year to see if they have improved any. They still haven't. The window attendance was friendly and took the order correctly. After waiting in line for literally 45 minutes, the order was still wrong. I've worked at fast food...the drive through should be putting orders out every 30 to 45 seconds at most. If the team works together correctly...its a piece of cake!!! This place hasn't been good for years!!!

This place is extremely slow on service and it is nasty. I walked in today instead of going through the drive-through. There was trash everywhere in front of the counter and in the kitchen area. There was a cleaning bucket with dirty water and a big flat box on the counter where customers order. I talked to the manager. She stated she is shorthanded and she is not getting good quality people that will work.

This manager really infuriated me! He wouldn’t refund me my order! That I had just placed because he has gave me this meager amount of macaroni in a cup he said his measurements were based of one ice cream scoop. I said fine well I’m not happy with my order and I’d like a refund then he kept me there for 20 mins going back and forth about no refunds because “his boss” said no refunds to any customers!? This place is pathetic! He then said he’d swap my order for something else and I said sure swap it for something else?! He ended up giving me a refund after an agreement of swapping my order for churros and it let him refund my order accidentally on his part soo he just aggravated me for NOTHING!
