Stood there in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes to be presented with this "fudge sundae" since you now cannot get a cone(?) Ice cream dripping down the side, all over my hands before ever getting a bite. Absolutely horrible quality control. Your staff is surely worth what they're paid and not a penny more. Please hurry up with robots that replace the incompetent staff you have.

Gave my order to the wrong car. But corrected it quickly. 2drive throughs work better if you place a name on the ticket and ask the customers name before you give the order, or give the customer a number to repeat before giving the order

I mean... McDonald's is McDonald's? What can you really expect? The Mcchicken makes my stomach hurt and any of the burgers make me feel awful afterwards. I only feel safe eating the fries. Even the ice cream makes me feel ill

McDonald's is always a for sure choice the fries is like heaven as far as recommending McDonald's to anybody you already know the deal so just get up in there people are always friendly and nice places nice and clean the way they redecorate it is very helpful and useful

There were several employees watching me stand at the register until I started staring at them... even then no motivation to work and rude. Place is always dirty, while they're just chatting it up

I'm hearing impaired and I asked the lady at the drive thru to put her face mask down so I could see her lips while I was asking her a question because I have to read lips in order to understand and she completely refused. I have never had anyone treat me that way in a drive thru line. I did call management and she said she would talk to her about it but the problem is they are supposed to accommodate the disabled and hearing impaired so apparently they need to go back to training.!!!

Management walking around ignoring customers, signs posted that we're to have on mask, yet they're behind the counter without mask and scratching their bodies. No workers with personal hygiene at this store. We purchased a coffee and sandwich from adjacent truckstop.

Ordered here several times over the past week. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were always fine but, fries were always cold and soggy.
