The store can be extremely busy in the mornings. However the staff led by the young manager Dom, do exceptionally well. The coffee is always hot and the food is spot on!! What a wonderful coffee spot

Drinks are exactly what I order just have issues with getting the wrong donuts multiple times. First time we asked for a new donut because the employee had thrown it into the bag upside down and the frosting stuck to the bag, when we get a new one it was the wrong kind but we were in a hurry so we just accepted it and left. Other times donuts have been wrong flavor even though I ordered through the app.

I am giving the opening staff a five star because they deserve it so much, as for the facility you get 1 star 🌟, your ovens need to be replaced with bran new ones , that's wrong making your employees trying to serve customers and they can not cook for them, can't have anything that goes in the oven cuz the oven won't stay on. So corporate please come help the community and fix this problem please, make this the best Dunkin around

I had a bad experience with one of the young workers and the manager Shekea and General Manager Olga were so amazing and helpful with the situation. I came back today 12/31/2022 and Tron definitely helped take care of me. He was amazing and kind and I really hope that he goes so far with the business. Truly amazing and outstanding guest service!! I have not been here at this location for a while due to finances but I had extra and wanted some donuts, when I do cone I get GREAT customer service but this time I got AWESOME 👍 customer service from Mr Ed he explained sone of the new items on the list and gave me AWESOME service and I always like to knowledge those that go above and behind and give customers a reason to come back A Big Thank You to Mr Ed AWESOME 👍 customer service

I waited in the drive thru for a little bit because my avocado toast was taking a little longer than usual. The manager came by to check the line building up and said hello to me and she was very kind. The cashier gave me not one but two free donuts for my wait!! the girls there were so nice and i will be coming to this dunkin in ocoee before work from now on.
