Jill, the cashier was an absolute treasure when we ordered and has a dynamite and welcoming smile. Food was great employees were helpful and friendly and I only wished I lived closer to this location to be able to enjoy Wendy's like it it should be. The Wendy's restaurants in Madison and Suwannee County Florida should take a look at what they do and how they do it here and try to do it the same. It's nice to have a quick service restaurant that likes to take care of people.

Nova has great customer service skills. After a bad experience at popeyes I came here for food and was happy to see Nova. He is very pleasant and such a hardworking even when they are busy his customer service skills are still great! Thank you for making my dining experience great.
