Edit: I am updating this review due to a great experience on 6/13/23. No rewards were used, yet I was met with the usual amazing service. It restored our faith in this location as we had before. We are willing to drive the extra mile to experience great service and kindness with a smile. Thank you! The drinks are always made appropriately, but be vigilant when being cashed out by Brianna. She lied to my face on what rewards were taken off as I am a frequent customer and I manage to aquire rewards. I asked twice to confirm that the rewards were taken off after being scan and she repeatedly confirmed. As she took payment she conferred with the manager as she brought drinks over to pass out the window and it's was obvious something was wrong. I asked again if the rewards were taken off because the app continued to display the reward after the sale was completed, the manager responded with I'm sorry she already cashed you out. The amount isn't an issue as I can use the reward afterwards, THE ISSUE IS BEING LIED TO, TO A CUSTOMERS FACE REPEATEDLY. This is something I do not commonly experience at any locations. If Brianna is new then she should be proficient in the position or shadowed. This experience was alarming, who else has been lied to in this manner. I hope this single issue get resolved, as being lied to is a sign of deception. Hopefully it doesn't extend to other aspects inside of this location. Again I have not encountered this at this location before nor have I felt deceived at any other locations in this area.

The place is nice and clean it has lots of space to seat and has long tables that has plugs. I can come and sit and have coffee and a doughnut this is great. They even has a radio station the advertise there rewards just go to there app and get free reward for eating there . Oh yeah you have to ask for the men / women restroom keys.

Very clean and well organized here. Service was good had what we wanted got three orders of the ice coffee Carmel. 4 donuts fresh and the taste was very good. The employees were very nice and friendly greeted us when entering the building. Plenty of seats. When you use the restroom ask for a key .

The drive through moves pretty quickly and smoothly most mornings I've gone. There is one lady in particular working the window that seems to be a manager or shift leader that keeps the staff on top of everything. The order taker is sometimes pushy and impatient but I'm slow and I know they are just trying to get the line moving as fast as possible. I really appreciate that they have iced green tea and two dairy alternatives for the coffee drinks. I just wish Dunkin in general had not gotten rid of lemonade!
