I was in town on business and providing lunch for one of my accounts. I was here during the lunch rush, and the staff was very efficient and the wait was reasonable. Food was good and I would use these guys again when in town.

Start by saying the only thing I like from Firehouse is the Pastrami and it has been gone for a while now. So it's been a long time since I have gone to Firehouse. I really do not like the subs here.
However after a bad experience with Five Guys this was the only option.
Staff was great very nice. Made the sub correctly and quickly.
Keep up the good work.
BRING BACK THE PASTRAMI AND GET BACK A CUSTOMER.

We are now a year into the pandemic and masks have become a norm, and the sign out front stated clearly that you must wear them. I was very comforted to see all employees wearing them, and wearing them correctly. I was also glad to see them enforcing them on the incoming patrons. If you did not have one, they had some to offer and they were beyond polite about it.
As someone who is immune compromised who still deserves to have a nice lunch from take out every so often, I came by today to order for me and my family on my way home from the doctors office. The entire staff was awesome and my food was great!
