Red Robin

The thermostat must have been set at 68 degrees. Burgers were great, sweet potato fries cooled off very quickly in the cold atmosphere of the dining area. Waitress didn't check on us much due to the large group that was seated just 15 minutes after we were. Even my moms coffee couldn't stay warm enough to drink for more than 5 minutes. Waitress was very slow when we wanted to get our drinks to go. I do like The Red Robin chain because I can substitute broccoli for the fries.

2023-08-12: I ordered the Southern Charm Burger with an extra patty. This burger comes topped with hardwood-smoked bacon, Whiskey River BBQ Sauce, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, and mayo. I thought the burger was pretty good, but also thought it would be more flavorful. The waitress, Colleen, was cheerful, attentive, and didn't let me run dry on sweet tea.

Updated 8/2/23: much improved! The hostess was not friendly and was spacey but our server Isaiah was excellent and he had lots of tables and did a very good job. Food was served hot and correctly. Was okay but expensive. The onion rings and fries were the best part, milkshakes were very good. Fish and burgers okay but for 16-17$ each we all felt it was not items we would pay that for. If we go back we will get just the fries and onion rings! None of liked the coleslaw. First off the place is so cold you can't enjoy yourself. Burger was 15 bucks, small and did not have mushrooms which it was suppose to have had onions which it wasn't. Picked it up and sauce all ran off all over the place. The table had ledges which food and drinks kept sliding down. Server was friendly but inexperienced, put fingers in cups of coffee when refilling, did not bring napkins, creamer ect. until asked 2 to 3 times. Fries were excellent but overall this place needs to improve, as it's new give it some time to get things worked out.

The wife and I and my son and my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter stopped in to have some lunch. We ordered about four burgers, very friendly staff, clean restaurant, wide variety to choose from but only one thing you need to up your game on the french fries other than that great service very friendly staff

Red Robbin was simply Amazing! It was one of the few restaurants open past 9 pm. The Food was on point and delicious. Our waitress Jordan was also a bartender there and made me a custom shake. Best shake I ever had. The bill came out to almost half of what we expected. The place was extremely clean and the decor was so different and actually really nice, like they hand picked everything from different artists. Here's some pictures of my experience below.
